Log into your Omi Home account or visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to start the process.
Prepare the Package
Carefully repackage your items in their original boxes with all protective padding to ensure they are not damaged during transit.
Affix Your Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package, covering any old shipping marks.
Ship and Refund
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
