What is the typical shipping timeframe for furniture items?
Standard furniture orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Depending on your location, delivery usually takes between 5 to 10 business days. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Omi Home ships exclusively within the continental United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to support international shipping in the near future.
What is your return policy for home decor?
We offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original packaging. Please note that custom-made furniture and final sale items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged.
How can I track the status of my order?
Once your order is shipped, an email notification will be sent to you containing a link to our tracking portal. You can also log into your Omi Home account to view real-time updates.
